Dialogue two:Gary and his colleague have a customer meeting with Jennifer.
  Jennifer: Good morning!
Gary: Good morning! My name is Gary Liang. I am the Solution Business Manager. And this is my colleague Tony.
  Tony: Good morning!
  Gary: Here is my card.
Jennifer: Thank you. Pleased you meet you. I'm Jennifer, the Representative of Lan Da Corporation.
Gary: Glad to meet you, too. Is this your first trip to HP China?
Jennifer: Yes, Tony has just shown me around the Demo Center on the 9th floor. And I am really impressed by the achievements you have made.
Gary: Thanks for saying so. We just want to provide our customer with better service.
Jennifer: I would like to know something about your products.
Gary: Sure. Please have a look at the introduction material. My colleague will explain it to you.
Jennifer
  Jennifer:
Tony.
  Tony:
  Gary:
  Gary:
  Jennifer:
Hi! Are you lost? Do you need someone to show you around the office?
  Bilingual Office:
  presentation // (n,.)
His presentation at work went really well.
  proposal // (n.)
The lady's proposal was accepted so she went out to celebrate.
  quotation // (n.) 报价单 = pricing
Could you give me a rough quote on the price please?
  consultant // (n.)
My financial consultant advised me to save more money.
  commitment // (n.) 许诺
It is my sworn commitment to never be late for work.
  guarantee // (n.)
Can you guarantee that this product will sell at least thirty thousand units by the end of the year?
