    A:Mrs Mar,I saw your raising bicycles over there.It really looks smart.

    A:That’s impressive.What’s your model range?

    A:They could be marketable in our area.But our buyers are rather discriminating .What they aprreciate most is a reliable machine.

    B:Sure ,no one could buy a bike that falls to pieces quickly.Reliability is our strong point.Our bikes have been exported to many countries.Users abroad are satisfied with the delivery.

    A: Such raising bicycles are neutron to consumers.They must be handled very carefully right from the beginning.It’s no easy thing to open up a new market.

    B: There will naturally be problems in the sales work.We’ll expand the initial space.But we can safely say that good quality and reasonable price will make our bikes very competitive.

    A: Good thing you would be able to compete with experienced exporters from developed countries.For instance,take the Japanese,their bikes are well established with the buying public.

    B: Well,that depends on mutual efforts.we can offer on certain terms if you have a specific order on hand.

    A: Look ,Mrs Mar,I’ll be willing to give your raising bicycles a try.But you have to guarantee continuous production and adequate supply of spare parts.Furthermore ,delivery this must be kept.

    B: Oh ,yes,of course.We give prepairy to export orders.You need not worry.

    A: Before I make a decision,I must have some more information.Do you have a booklet or something that will tell me about your factory organization and production.What’s ..,I mean,how many bikes could you supply?

    B:We can apply to a very large firm market. Here are some publicity ….which will show you the latest innovations in our factory.

    A: I think this is nothing quite like seeing things in actual position.

    B: Would you like to make inspection to our factory?

    A: Yes ,very much,if it wouldn’t inconvenience you.First-hand information is always valueable than reading pamphlets.

    B: I’m sure we can arrange that.I’ll let you know the time tomorrow.

    A:That will be great,Mr Mar.You know a smooth first deal always helps future sales.Mrs Joe,your …holds a special appeal to every body.

    B; Thank you .In recent years ,we have imported advanced technology of bus production from several countries,and we apply our achievements in scientific research to bus production.Our bus is the perfect match of advanced technology and passenger convenience.

    A: Really?Then what are the outstanding properties of your buses?

    B: There are 3.Good adaptability,foil efficient and insight ….

    A: This year ,economy shows a upturn tendancy.There is a growing demand for all kinds of buses.We are looking for more suitable suppliers.

    B:We have noticed the upturn economy and we’ll be very glad if we can help you with your economy construction.

    A: Ours is the largest bus import and export company.We are glad to offer you our help to win a market in our country.

    B:Thank you for kindness.Though we have never done business with any company of your country,I’m sure our products will be competitive in your market.

    A: Maybe ture.At present ,I’d like to purchase one or two buses for a trial sale.

    B: That’s a good idea.But what shall we do if we want to get food in your country?

    A: Advertisement is the first.You have to let others know your buses.

    B:Yes ,advertisement is necessary.But the most important thing is good quality and super properties.We want to supply the buses you really need.

    A: I’ll let you know the market reaction after we sell the two buses.So that you can make improvements to meet our special needs.

    B: If your country is really a potential market for our products,we can make some changing in design at your request.
