Pizza service: City Pizzas. How can I help you?

Harry Cox: Hello. My name's Harry Cox from the Downtown Studio. I'm calling because you delivered our pizzas 15 minutes ago but you haven't sent the number I ordered. We haven't got anything like enough. I hope it's not a mistake and the second part of the delivery is on the way and will arrive very soon - can you check, please?

Harry Cox: Yeah, I thought I'd said it quite clearly. But I suppose it's an easy mistake. What matters now is what you're going to do about it.

Pizza service: Well, you're missing 17 pizzas, aren't you?

Harry Cox: That's right - and everyone's due to arrive in about 5 minutes.
