The most important for improving learning ability

Maybe, someone may say practice is the most important.
Yes, I agree with you very much.
However, it is too vague. As a matter of fact, everything depends on practice.
So, Practice is not the particular factor for listening.
In my point of view, pronunciation is the most important  factor for listening.
You can read materials without knowing the accurate pronunciation of every word. So does when you write and speak.
as for listening, the ability is that you can understand listening mateirals when you cannot know every words.
but you must pronounce the basic words and phrases accurately so that you can learn new words through listening.
