国家科技支撑计划设项目为奥运村提供优质直饮水

新华社北京10月6日电(记者邹声文)针对北京奥运会期间相关设施内饮用水安全保障及优质供水问题,国家科技支撑计划(前身为国家科技攻关计划)专门设立了“奥运村及示范小区优质饮用水净化示范研究项目”。

  据科技部有关负责人介绍,这一项目由中国科学院配套支持,中国科学院生态环境研究中心具体承担。

  据介绍,目前该项目已自主开发出高效去除水中微量有机污染物的新型催化氧化技术及反应器、微量元素保持与管网水质稳定化技术、水质安全评价技术以及相关的组合与集成技术体系等,同时在砷、氟、硝酸盐的去除方面取得突破,共申请发明专利9件。

  项目通过技术创新和系统集成,建立了针对奥运相关设施的饮用水质安全风险末端控制技术系统,形成供水的三级安全屏障,并研制出固定式和移动式饮用水净化与供给的集成设备,能够满足各种不同的供水需求。多项应用显示,该技术系统具有水有效利用率高、处理成本低、水质净化效果优异、系统稳定可靠等突出特点。

  目前,有关方面已达成协议,将这一项目成果应用于奥运村直饮水工程,保证奥运村饮水安全。

A terminal control system for the safety of the drinking water will be applied to the drinking water project at the Olympic Village, according to an agreement reached by related departments.

Developed by the RCEES, the system builds a three-level safety network for water supply and has removable and fixed integrated drinking water decontamination and supply equipment available.

Earlier, the National Key Technology R&D Program established a specific project to ensure the safety of the drinking water and the supply of quality water for Olympic facilities during the 2008 Olympics. According to the Minster of Technology, the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences (RCEES) took on the project with the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) providing necessary support.

Through technical renovation and system integration, RCEES has applied for nine patents. It has made breakthroughs in Arsenic, fluoride and nitrate from water, and has also independently developed a variety of technologies, including catalytic oxidation technology and reactors for micro organic pollutant, trace element preservation and steady-state water quality f0r pipe network systems, and water safety assessment and management.
