Superior Court judge in Union County has signed a warrant charging Gary Hilton with kidnapping with bodily harm in connection with the disappearance of Miss Emerson. He is being held in a location now in the metro Atlanta area. Agents, GBI agents are on the way now to transport him to Union County where he will be held until a hearing will be scheduled. This is a search and recovery effort.
"Could you elaborate on that? So, I can check."
"So you don't think she's still alive?"
It does not look favorable for that to be the case.
"When did it change to that search and recovery development?"
Based on the information we received and the evidence we recovered over the past day, it turned into that effort.
