What should I to do?

I'm no longer young.I tired with the current job.My poor  English decide my failure.From my first job,I never deal with the real things by myself.

I don't have too much work to do.Sometimes the supervisor ask me to help him making some documents,in fact he is only a supervisor,so I haven't  many things to do.Every day ,my main job is translate the special documents which is hard to understand .The documents are  as dry as a chip,I prefer to  browse the English website to improve my English.But I deeply know it is difficult to make progress in English.I'v learned English for three year until now I found I also can't master it.The worst is I have gave all the knowledge which is learned in college back to my teacher.I'm confused how to learn English from beginning.

I have a schedule to learn English,of course I don't have confidence to learn it good.But I believe that only I do my best to learn,i can get harvest.Maybe it is a liite harvest.
