Apessimistis a person who nurtures a consistently negative attitude, expecting the worst of people and of situations. This outlook persists regardless of facts or circumstances that might indicate a more balanced or positive reality. A pessimist relates to the “half emptyglass,” ignoring the fact that the glass is also half full. He or she typically believes that the world in which we live is the worst possible of all worlds and is growing bleaker all the time.
Pessimism is a temperamental trait, it might be possible that a consistently pessimistic attitude could lead to depression; suffers from ahabit of thinking negatively, when you want to have a words whit your boss about the raise but stopped by thought that your boss could dismiss you. Ironically, a wealthy friend of mine he want to run his own small business had a loaned from bank a million because he we worried. The more or less you have been known a link does exist between pessimism and disease.
As much successful man’s story taught us, and widely accepted that a positive attitude is certainly helpful in life,if being apessimistdoesn't shorten life, being anoptimistwill make it more enjoyable. Below are the ways to overcome the pessimism:
1, Self-overcoming of pessimism. There was a saying thatGOD HELPS WHO HELP THEMSELVES. Reconstruct your self-confidence, by known the strongpoint and weak point from yourself, that can help you to have it strengthened what you good at and fix what you are weak on.
2,Try to say "yes" to yourself. If doing so, a person who can affirm himself, and gain more courage.
3,Try to look at the bright side of a matter. Everything does have its bright side, and if a pessimist can find out this side, he will become bright as well.
Everyone is never born to be a pessimist. So try to say good-bye to pessimism and be an optimist!
