How to describe ones appearance

It is difficult to describe ones appearance in English I think. According to SZ daily reported that aSOUTH Korean man injured himself at Meilin Checkpoint on Wednesday night after apparently failing to communicate with border police when he tried to report a robbery. A witness at the checkpoint said, however, the South Korean man looked rather frustrated when he tried to talk to a border policeman at the checkpoint.
Though it was an incident in our daily lives, it was a very common activity. If we encountered the same experience one day, I think we need to describe them clearly by below items:
1. Sexual. This is the most essential we need to make it clear, otherwise may lead the listener to the wrong direction.
2. Age. To give his/her age, we can use the word as: teenager,wrinkly, etc.
3. Height. To give his/her height, we can use the word as: short,medium, tall, etc.
4. Facial features. Every person has his own unique facial feature, we can describe vivid by these:
Nose:big/high/pointed/high-bridged/straight
Face：well-featured/handsome/bony /rosy /long/broad/beautiful
Eyes:sexy /sharp/slitty/watery/deep-sunken/big/bright
Mouth:fine/sensuous/small/big/mean
Hair:skin cut, curly, straight,
5. Figure. We can use these:slender/small/plump/ fat/muscularity
