Robert Sharpe is accused of taking files, reports and documents that are part of the prosecution of Marine Corporal (Cpl.) Cesar Laurean. Laurean is accused of murdering 20-year-old Corporal (Cpl.) Maria Lauterbach.
4. And check out China's two new Olympic mascots: the giant panda twins were born on the second day of the Beijing Games. Officials say they hope the birth of the two males brings luck to China's Olympic athletes.
