The authorities in the United States say that eleven people have been charged in connection with theft of the credit and debit card details of millions of people. They say it's the biggest identity theft case ever prosecuted in that of  US, those charge includes residents of at least five different countries. Kevin Connolly reports from Washington.

Credit and debit card records of 40 million customers was stolen by numbers of sophisticated international gang(犯罪等的一帮 一伙) who had hacked into the computers of TJX corporation. It operates two thousand shocks including bangs of noble book stores and clothing chain- TJ max. Eleven people who have been appearing court including 3 Americans, 2 people from China, and 5 from the Former Soviet Union. It's not clear how many of the 40 million customers' details be stolen actually lost money, but it's known the gang use some card members themselves and sold some on to other criminal gangs.

The government of Rwanda has accused France of playing an active role in the genocide of 1994, in which about 800,000 people were killed. A 2-year investigation commissioned by the authorities in Kigali concluded that France held plans of genocide ... directed involvement in the killings. France says previously denied any responsibility for the Rwanda genocide.

Iran has suspended the practise of stoning people to death. Four people have in their sentence and changed, and all other cases under review. The movements announced by the Judiciary spokesman in Tehran. From the Uranian capital, here's John Lion.

Human rights compaign is recently warned that at least 8 wome and 1 man have been sentenced to be stoned to death, and all had exhausted their appeals. The Judiciary spokesman has now said four of those facing stoning of their sentences commuted are the prison terms or they will receive lashes.

All of the sentences have stoning to death have been holded while the cases are reviewed. Iran is well awared of international pressure on this issue, but it's been reluctant completely to abolish the penalty, it says its indore stand Islamic door.

Lawyers for the woman , Aafia Siddiqui , say she's been held in secret US detention after disappearing five years ago on a trip from the US to Pakistan along with her children. But the court documents indicate that she was only arrested last month in eastern Afghanistan, where is alleged she tried to shoot American teams sent questions her. Dr Siddiqui's US lawyer Elaine Whitfield Sharp gave the BBC her reaction to the news.

We are relieved that she is alived, obviously, that's a good news to family. We are very concerned about her elder son who now is 12 years old years old and their other two ,we want the capability ,we want to know where they are.

The United Nations Secretary General Ban-Ki-Moon, has asked the United States to stay the scheduled execution of a Mexican man due to take place in Texas about now. The man, Jose Ernesto Medellin, was convicted in 1993 of the rape and murder of two teenagers. Mr. Medellin alleged that he has not be allowed to consult the Mexican consulat for legal help after he was arrested.

The White House in Washington and Central Intelligence Agency have strongly denied in an allegation(陈词) in a book just published that the Bush administration concorded the fake letter for appointing a link between Saddam Hussein and al-Qaeda(基地组织 ) as a justification for the Iraq war. A White House spokesman Tony Fratto said the notion of the White House directed to anyone to forge a letter absurd.

The European commission has announced plans for a new wireless technology service designed to improve the traffic flow. The system will allow cars and traffic control centers to communicate with each other. From Brussel's, here's D Hills.
