天天小故事－2008/08/19－The Traitor Friend

这个故事相信大家都很熟悉

One day two friends decided to go a long way from home. They promised each other that they would help each other if ever they should come across difficulties and problems. They travelled to a forest. Suddenly, a bear approached them. One of them climbed up a tree, and left his friend to be eaten by the bear. His friend played dead and held his breath. The bear came up to him, very close to his face. Then it slowly walked off. The man came out of the tree, and joked, “What did the bear whisper to you?”

The other man said, “That you aren’t a loyal friend.”

    Actually, I do think that friendship is a very fragile thing in front of troubles and difficulties. A friend indeed need a lifetime of searching and cherishing.

    Two friends promised to accompany each other on their way, when the bear came after them, one of them climbed immediately onto the tree and left his friend on the ground.His friend pretended to be dead , and survived.

    Lesson learnt: A friend in need is a friend in deed. Loyal friends are those who walked in when others left u.

    Why didn't the bear eat the man on tree. He should be given a lesson for losing his promise.
       The story tells us  which kinkd of persons we can make friend with.

    a friend in need is a friend in deed. friends is one of the largest part in our life. if we count how many friends we have, we may find that so mant friends we have. but in fact, how many friends are care of you seriously? can you sure ? You may have only one family in this world, but he/she is the most person who care for you, needs  you and love you deeply in all you life. this is the difference between intimacy and friendship.

    A friend is never known till a man has need.I think in our life there are three important things ,that is, work,family, and the friends. What a real freind is? I think he needn't always be round you,but when you need him he must be with you the frist time.

    It depens on how one sees it. When one's life was in danger ,  it is impossible for us to not be nervous.Everybody has the instinct to prevent himself  first  from danger .In an emergency,don't depend on other people totally, you should try to keep calm.The more calmer, the more chance to escape from danger.
    The man who  played dead was quick-witted.His friend who cimbed up the  tree was wise also. How should be blamed?
