Hurricane Newton slammed into the twin resorts of Los Cabos on the southern tip of Mexico's Baja California pennisula. The storm knocked out power in some places as stranded tourists huddled in their hotels.
British Airways travelers are suffering delays globally due to a computer glitch in the check-in systems. This comes a month after US carrier Delta Airlines suffered a global outage that caused it to cancel 2300 flights, costing $100 million in lost revenue.
